Hello, I’m Keith Ginsburg! In the summer of 2009,
I had the honor of becoming the new property
manager of Surfside Club North. Almost immediately,
I felt a special bond with Surfside North.
I want all current and prospective owners and renters
to know that they can come to me, and rely on me to
address any Building concerns, and fix any related issues.
I’ve met most everyone already, but if I haven’t had the
